Is it illegal to street perform?
I have ALWAYS wanted to take a deck of cards and some juggling pins on the side walk in town with me, put out a jar that says “tips” on it and have a blast. I just dont wanna make a fool of myself and get in trouble….. I don’t see why it would be illegal cause people are just handing you money your not asking for when they dont have to if they don’t want to….(cuz its tipping)……. And its freedom in this country to just go ahead and make your own actions of body movement lol……. but anyways…. please answer my question. And dont just say yes or no, give a detailed answer
