Anything is possible. The federal government has a special agency, USAID (United States Agency for International Development), for projects such as you are talking about. Although this agency has been used to support the war effort in the Middle East.

Turkey has no allies. However she is in good terms with most of the countries both neighbours and far away except Armenia to which our borders are closed. The trading partners would be Germany, France, Spain and Israel which makes up more than half of our both importing and exporting.

OK so you are looking to buy the LG Ally. WELL.. YES you would have to pay the full retail price for the phone if you are paying for it when your contract isnt expired yet. I got my LG Ally yesterday and the phone is a great GREEAT PHONE.. the only issue is now im dealing with low memory issues but eh ha. I paid for it with my upgrade and a new 2 year service plan. I liked it. So i get a 100 dollar rebate back from the phone. It is a nice phone. Yeah without the price attached to it with upgrade. I am afraid there is no other way around getting the phone Unless you pay full retail price.It is a great phone and I love it. I hope that helps. I would suggest going into the nearest verizon wireless store and asking them. ALSO they will be hard to get your hands on because when I went into my verizon wireless store, I got the only one that they had left in stock because so many people wanted the same phone that I currently have. So I would check to see if they have any in stock as well and also be prepared for no instruction manual for the phone. It is a nice phone but comes with a very SMALL pamphlet like book that doesnt tell you much on how to use the phone itself. ALSO be aware of the memory usage with the phone as well.. I honestly have never seen one for Axel as an ally but I have seen the Riku ally code as well as other weird hacked fights on youtube using the Action Replay. I suggest checking youtube and I hope you find what you want.

T9 Texting ability is for keyboards that are 1(abc) 2(def) 3(ghi) 4(jkl) ETC. The LG Ally has a QWERTY keyboard that enables you to text like your regular keyboard on your laptop or computer. T9 is a predictive text for phones that don’t apply to the QWERTY keyboard feature. Hope I helped!!!! * I would really like to buy this phone when I switch to Verizon. Stalin was Hitler’s ally until he was double-crossed.The fact is that the Russians bore the brunt of Hitler’s forces until the Normandy Invasion. The Russian winter has always been the biggest foe of any who would attempt to conquer all of Europe, and Stalin’s forces slowed Hitler’s forces long enough to engulf them in the weather. Hitler could not redirect his forces against the Allies, making it much, much easier to drive his western forces back across the German border.Remember, it was the Russian Communists who were considered the greater enemy until Hitler invaded Poland, and even afterward by some. Hitler was clearly the greater devil, and if he’d defeated Stalin then we’d have faced a unified and reinvigorated occupation force in Western Europe. Britain would have been doomed, and we’d have never reached the beach in France. [Watch the beach landing at the beginning of "Saving Private Ryan", imagine that intensity for the number of hours it actually was, and then imagine it going on for a week instead of a day. Thank God for the God-less Communists!]
