Sellling a truck that has a lien is illegal, (unless you are a dealership that has proof of vehicle payoff, a secure power of attorney, and a lein verification).I would start by seeing if you can get the bank draft cancelled. I would follow up by visit to the local police,if they aren’t any help, call the state police and ask them if they have a vehicle fraud division. If that brings you no satisfaction I would contact an attorney ASAP.

2500 is not bad at all. It’s a great idea! The dealership will take the card as a payment. The other good thing about it is that you will own the car and not have a lien against it. If worse comes to worse at the end of the 12 months, if you haven’t paid it off for whatever reason, just get a new card at 0% then transfer the balance. But beware of the transfer fee (usually 3%). But by that time you will have the truck paid way down. Go for it. Just make the monthly payment. Make sure that you have the $2500 limit first. But it all will work. I hope this helps

Well the first one is easier… i got that one quickly. multiply 300kg by 9.8 and the force of gravity is 2940, which also means that the normal force is 2940N. the force of kinetic friction in this case is 735 because the force applied is 735 and the box sliding would have the same force of kinetic friction and the applied force. Then its plugged in to:Fkf = Mewk(Fn), so 735 = MewK(2940)MewK = .25umm give me a few minutes on the other two…the answer for the truck question makes no sense, i got the same things as you, but i did get the answer you gave when i found Fgx… (39200sin15)…ok i got the last one. the force of friction is .6 x Fn (9.8 x 1000= 9800) = 5800Nthen you use this number in F=ma, so 5800=1000a= -5.88 (its negative because its decelerating)then you use the equation Vf^2=Vi^2 + 2ada=- 5.88m/s^2Vi= 40 m/sVf= 0 m/s0^2=40^2 + 2 (-5.88)d0=1600 + (-11.76)d-1600 = -11.76dd=136m

You MAY have to go back a couple steps. By that I mean the car you’re “in love” with may have “to be put on a back burner”.Suggestion #1: Ask the seller of the car you’re “in love with”, if he/she/they will do the following for you and work with you: 1] DON’T haggle or bargain about the price. 2] BUT ask the seller if he/she/they will hold the title AND YOU WILL sign an I.O.U. for whatever amount you can pay – with interest – on a weekly, two times a month or monthly basis. OR Suggestion #2: look in your local paper or take a ride, looking for a car for sale by a private individual or private party. Ask the seller of that vehicle about what I suggested in the previous paragraph.Other than in love and romance, “No” never hurt anyone. I wish you well.Ron B.
