Right now the only people hiring are retail… at about 8.00 per hour..I always had good luck at the hardware store….Also.. check into temporary agencies, companies may not hire permanent employees, but will take a temp…There are temps in offices, and in factories as well…..

If you make $51,000, then I believe the bank will allow up to around 38% of the gross to be applied for mortgage. So you would allowed up to around a mortage payment of around $1,600 per month. A $300,000 loan at a 5.5% mortgage rate for 30 years fixed comes out to around $1,700. At 5.0% mortgage rate, the same loan would run you about $1,600. The question is, based on your current spending habits, can you afford to pay out around $1,700. Remember you have to add other costs like real estate tax, insurance, condo homeowners association fees, internal maintenance, water and refuse service. Probably run you about $2,300 total. You’ll get some of it back on taxes refunds, but it’s just never as much as you think it would be. :0/I live in LA, too, and wish you all the luck! FYI, 2010 might be another down year for LA real estate (google “shiller index”) so you may want to wait another year.

Ah, I know what you’re going through. I’ve finally just gotten myself into a stable job that can actually pay my bills, though before this job my car and loan payments were piling up like you wouldn’t believe. I’m playing catch-up right now on my car payment, though before I was always 2 months behind on my payments. What I did was I kept in constant contact with my bank. I called them once and week and told them that I apologize for my payments being late but I’ll bring them as much as I can afford on “x” date. Bring them a payment once a week, even if it’s $10 or $50 bucks. Doing so at least shows the bank that you’re not trying to completely skip out on your loan and that you’re making an effort to repay what you owe. It reflects well on you. Also, talk to the bank manager like a poster above me said. They can be pretty forgiving sometimes. Ask if there’s a way they can tag the two payments you’re behind on to the end of your loan. That way you’re technically caught up on those payments, but it’ll take an extra 2 months for you to pay off the loan. Also ask about your bank’s “payment deferment” option. Some banks allow you to put a “hold” on your account for a little while in times of financial hardship. It’s basically the same as the first option I mentioned, only some banks allow 1 payment deferment per year (like my bank) and some allow 3 or 6 month deferment. Depends on the bank, but it is worth asking about. The best you can do right now, though (especially if the bank doesn’t help you with options I mentioned above) is keep in constant contact with them and, each week, bring them as much money as you can afford. They’ll have a much harder time getting the repossession process going if the courts see that you’re at least trying to make payments.Oh! Also, if you can park your truck in a drive way, do so. Do not back the truck it, pull it in normally. Put your emergency brake up every time you park your car! They can’t tow the truck with the e-brake on because it’ll ruin the truck. If someone can park behind you in the drive way, have them do so. They can’t touch anyone else’s car to get to yours.Good luck. I can totally sympathize and I know how much this situation sucks. I hope you can get back on your feet soon.

You cheat on your husband and yet you are asking how to let him go? Sounds like you did that a long time ago!

You can rebuild your credit. Get something cheap for cash (under $1000) and then start working on rebuilding your credit score. There are free services out there that will assist you. Good luck!

You are not in a good situation legally. Right now, you could be charged with grand theft. Call an attorney.20-20 hind sight: * the lender has to approve you taking over payments – in writing.* e-mails mean nothing.* your payments should have gone to the lender, not the seller.

shop around for the best business account as business accounts have charges. or just open a separate current account soley for it if you are not going to employ anyone and you are only using your home address as your business address. register your business with government house. you must get yourself an accountant.do some business cards + advertise your business. create a web page with all the services you will provide.you must get insurance indemnity and public liability making sure that you take out enough cover.your terms and conditions of engagement.your complaints procedure for unsatisfied customers.you can make up your own works orders.invoices etc etcbuild a good list of suppliers.i hope this helps you on your way to starting your business.

all the sites i know of and use for my truck you got to have a credit card or debit card, some might allow Paypal, but no website that i know of will allow for money orders or check, only place i know of that would allow a money order is Ebay but thats only if the seller accepts money orders, many don’t, like me i only accept Paypal on Ebayif you know someone with a debit card just ask if you can use it and you’ll give them the money, a debit card you use anywhere that a credit card is accepted, debit card takes money from your checking account not put on credit
