Can he really sue me?
I was involved in a car wreck about a week ago. A truck ran a stop sign, I tried to avoid hitting him and still ran into the truck, banked off him, into another vehicle and into a ditch. The truck that ran the stop sign left the scene of the accident. The other vehicle that was involved, witnessed armed bank truck it all, told the officer at that the truck left the scene of the crime and we all exchanged information filled the reports etc. I have a concussion, broken arm and possibly internal injuries (I have an appointment tomorrow for a cat scan). My car was totaled at the scene. The other party that was innocent’s car was banged up, but drivable back to town and did not seem to have any injuries. I received a call today saying that the witness is suing me for running into him. He has an attorney and everything. How can I be sued? I did nothing wrong? I did not run the stop sign, I did not leave the scene. How can he sue me?

Those were Great!!!!! I just have to make my own comments1. In Fairbanks, it is illegal to feed alcoholic beverages to a moose.-Well obviously we don’t want any drunken moose roaming around duh2. In New Britain, the speed limit for fire trucks is 25 m.p.h. even when going to a fire-I will not be moving to New Britain anytime soon because I now know that my house would burn to the ground with out ever having a chance3. If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle- is this really such a big problem there?4. In Chicago, it is illegal to take a French poodle to the opera.- Well I won’t be moving here either my poodle love the opera way too much for me to take that away from her5. Monkeys are forbidden to smoke cigarettes in South Bend.- Yes the law definitely has to crack down on all of those bad Indiana smoking monkeys, a better question would be where did they get the money for the cigarettes6. In Fort Madison, firemen are required to practice for 15 minutes before attending a fire.- see 2.

Go to the personnel departments of the City of Atlanta, surrounding suburbs, the Sheriff’s Department, and whoever else in the area that has a police department. Turn in an application, take the tests, go to the interviews, and say yes or no to whoever offers you a job.Every department has a place that they send you for training and you’ll have to pass the academy and graduate to be kept on in their department. Sorry, but all police departments that I know of operate pretty much the same way. If you really want to be an officer you will have to go through some of their bs in order to qualify.

This seems obvious — The ambulance, because the situation is the most pressing (life-threatening). The fire truck may be going to an empty house (no one knows yet), The bank robbery may not have any victims of physical assault, & of course, there’s nothing life-threatening about the mail delivery being delayed.~:)>

Lol! I’m sure you would have some sort of book to read that covers this test???I’m not answering the questions for you because quite frankly, I don’t want to be driving on the same road as you if you cant answer them yourself! There is a reason you need to LEARN this stuff, not copy it, and that is so you and everyone else on the road is safe. Now get off yahoo answers and read up on road rules!
